Are you sick in tired of all the exercise gimmicks and diet fads that keep you from getting the body you want?
I’m asked all the time what I do to stay in shape. I love being in great shape and I love helping others do the same.
I’ve been training and eating right ever since I wanted to improve my sports performance way back in high school.
I enjoyed it so much that not only is it something I do, helping others get in shape is also my business.
When I first started working out, trying to build muscle and lose fat, I did what most of you have probably done.
I read the fitness magazines, devour the diet books and weight training books, and ask people in the gym for advice.
It turns out that this was a big mistake and kept me from reaching my fitness goals.
Sadly, most of the fitness and diet information out there is just plain wrong!
I know I deserved better than that. And I know you deserve better, too!
So I started devouring everything I could get my hands on when it comes to health and fitness, eating right, fat loss, muscle building, you name it, I read it and tried it.
After a lot of trial and error I started to find things that worked and things that not only didn’t work but were downright dangerous!
I finally started getting the results I wanted. And then I started helping family and friends.
Before you know it, I had a huge web site up, Build Lean Muscle, and I had written two ebooks, From Fat to Fit…Fast! and The Skinny Guy’s Guy to Building Mass Fast, as well as providing online personal training.
I write two free newsletters, Fat Loss Secrets Revealed and Mass Building Tips that go out to over 21,109 subscribers.
The purpose of creating this new authority site is to put together a central location, bringing together all my sites, to more easily provide YOU the fitness information you need to achieve the results that you want, whether it’s losing fat, building muscle, training for a sport, or just to look and feel better than you do now, so you can keep up with your kids or grandkids.
