		<description>Great article, Gregg.  Thanks!  This is what I always used to struggle with when trying to lose weight.  I&#039;d either just diet or I&#039;d do endless amounts of aerobics but not pay attention to what I&#039;d eat and I&#039;d stay away from weight training completely.

This really kept me from reaching my goals.  I&#039;d go up and down in weight and not feel that great, either.  But now that I&#039;m using weights, eating right, and doing the high intensity interval training for my cardio I&#039;m feeling great!</description>
