Best Butt Exercises for Gorgeous Glutes in Record Time

Gorgeous glutes on a woman are just sexy. And if a woman’s butt is in shape, chances are so is the rest of her.

Ladies, if you want to look fantastic in that new pair of jeans or that sexy little dress, you need to work your glutes and get a tight butt.

Here’s how.

There is a lot more to gorgeous glutes than eating like a bird or doing endless hours of silly aerobics.

In fact, that’s probably the worst thing you can do for your butt (and the rest of your body as well).

First, you have to lose the fat.

You also need to develop the glutes so you can round that booty into a shape that turns men’s heads.

The butt muscles are extremely strong, one if the strongest muscles in the body.

So doing silly butt squeeezes and kicking your leg back and into the air like a dog about to do his business is not going to get you the sexy butt you want.

The fact of the matter is, you’re going to have to work hard and sweat a little.

But you’ll love the results of these best butt exercises that you’ll find the results more than worth the work.

Here are a few great glute exercises with a leg and glute routine you can do to get your own gorgeous glutes.

People mainly think of the squat as a leg exercise, which it is. It’s also one of the most effective glute exercises in existence.

To make sure you work the glutes hard, be sure to go down until the tops of your thighs are just below parallel to the ground (this is pretty low and you’ll feel it in the glutes).

You may start with no weights at all and just use your own body weight, depending on your strength levels.. As you become stronger, you’ll want to hold on to a pair of dumbbells.

Remember, we want to progress with the weights you use. The sexy, hard body fitness models and fitness competitors you see in the magazines don’t work out with the little pink weights.

Do a set of 25 reps of these bodyweight or dumbbell squats.

After resting for 30 seconds, move on to the second exercise.

Same as above. You may need to start out with your body weight and then start using dumbbells once you’ve developed enough strength.

Stand up straight. Put one leg out in front of you and bend down. Your knee should not go out over your toe.

Bend down until the top of your thigh is parallel to the ground. Then push back to the start position and do the same with the other leg.

Alternate legs until you’ve done 12 reps per leg.

Rest 30 seconds and move on to the next exercise

Begin in a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you.

Then kick your feet back behind you so that you go into a push up position with your hands remaining where they started.

Once you are in the push up position, immediately pull your legs back under you so that you are in the original squat position.

Immediately leap up as high as you possibly can.

When you land return to the original squat position. That’s one rep.

Perform 14 to 25 reps per set.

This is the same as the Dumbbell Lunge above, but instead of stepping forward, you step backward and drop down so your front leg bends at the knee.

Your back leg is on the ball of your foot to help you keep your balance.

Then raise your front leg, pushing off your back foot back to the starting position.

The numbers above are guidelines, You’ll have to make some adjustments based on your own fitness level and experience.

Wherever you’re starting, the goal is to eventually be able to do three or four circuits in one workout, using weights for all the exercises (except the Burpee) and getting in a productive, intense, but short workout.

When you’re able to do more than one circuit in a workout, take a 2 minute rest between circuits. Don’t perform more than four circuits (or giant sets) in one workout.

Perform this gorgeous glute routine for a while, along with a good nutrition and cardio plan, and you’ll be well on your way to a set of gorgeous glutes even J. Lo would admire.
